About the Role

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with senior marketers, strategists, and tech teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Paid marketing will be your primary focus, while exposure to SEO, automation, and AI-driven insights will help you grow into a well-rounded performance marketer over time.

What You’ll Work OnPaid Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content)
- Assist in campaign planning and execution:
- Audience and keyword research
- Campaign structuring and targeting
- Budget planning and bid strategies
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Run A/B tests on:
- Ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Track performance using:
- Google Analytics

SEO, Automation & AI Exposure (Secondary Focus)
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to:
- Align paid campaigns with organic growth strategy
- Improve landing page quality and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in paid or digital marketing roles
